This Agreement/Proposal ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date] by and between Regimentalist ([Regimentalist Web Agency], [worldwide]), and [Client Name] ("Client").
1. Services
Regimentalist provides the following services to Clients ("Choose Services You Want Them To Be Done By Regimentalist"):

7: Graphics Design
8: Website Security And Error Handling Implementation

2. Scope of Work
The scope of work for the Services is detailed in the attached project proposal, which is incorporated herein by reference.
3. Timeline
The estimated timeline for completion of the Services is as follows: [Timeline Will Be Discussed].
4. Fees and Payment
• Total Fee: [Will Discuss].
• Payment Schedule: [e.g., Milestone Payments].
• Payment Methods: Client shall make payments via [PayPal, Bank Payment, CryptoCurency Payments and Mpesa Payment].
• Late Payment: If any payment is not received by the due date, Regimentalist reserves the right to suspend work on the project until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
5. Ownership and Intellectual Property
• Client Ownership: Upon full payment for the Services, all intellectual property rights to the completed website, including but not limited to source code, design files, and content, shall be transferred to Client.
• Regimentalist Rights: Regimentalist reserves the right to use the completed website in its portfolio and for marketing purposes, provided that Client's name and identifying information are not used without prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all information exchanged during the course of this Agreement, except as required by law.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
• Regimentalist Warranties: Regimentalist warrants that it will perform the Services in a professional and workmanlike manner, using commercially reasonable skill and care.
• Client Representations: Client warrants that it has the legal right to use all content provided to Regimentalist for use in the Services.
• Disclaimers: Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, Regimentalist makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Regimentalist Liability: Regimentalist's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be limited to the total fees paid by Client under this Agreement.
• Excluded Damages: Regimentalist shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
9. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon [28] days written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, Client shall pay Regimentalist for all Services performed up to the date of termination, plus any reasonable costs incurred by Regimentalist in connection with such termination.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Dispute Resolution

12. Entire Agreement
